Annual Film Fest moves online

The 20th annual Film Fest @ 嘿嘿视频 will take place May 27 and May 28. The Film Fest shows student works, eight minutes or less in length, which have been created by undergraduate or graduate students and recent graduates. The films include a variety of genres and styles, from narrative to documentary to experimental. The festival features a different program each evening. Screenings will begin at 7 p.m. Though free, audience members can make a donation on the website to benefit future festivals. More information

Los Angeles museums continue construction, expansion, despite pandemic

Museums like the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and the Hammer Museum (affiliated with UCLA) continue expansion projects despite the pandemic.
