GOLD STAR ART: Still Life by Gabriella Soraci is part of Gold Star: 2007 Masters of Fine Arts, an exhibit of works by graduate students receiving their MFA degrees. The exhibition also includes Richard Haley's Sinking with the Setting Sun, a video installation that includes the image at right. Gold Star was set to open today and run through June 22 in two venues. Receptions were scheduled today at both: from 5 to 7 p.m. at The Gallery (second floor, Memorial Union), and from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Nelson Gallery, 124 Hart Hall.

AIR FORCE CONCERT: Air Force entertainers are due at ºÙºÙÊÓƵ on June 4 to present a free show called "The Fly-By," described as a multi-media celebration of 60 years of Air Force history. The show by the Tops in Blue troupe is set to begin at 7 p.m. in Jackson Hall at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts.
