University Symphony Orchestra -- Mahler's Symphony No. 1 (Titan); Beethoven's Egmont overture; and (note program change) Telemann's Viola Concerto in G Major, featuring Kim Uwate on viola. 8 p.m. Nov. 18, Jackson Hall, Mondavi Center.

Baroque Ensemble -- Noon Concert, 12:05 p.m. Nov. 29, 115 Music Building.

Gospel Choir -- 7 p.m. Dec. 1, Freeborn Hall.

University Chorus and Chamber Singers -- Celebration of the music of Dietrich Buxtehude, plus Carols for Christmas. 8 p.m. Dec. 2, Jackson Hall.

Wind Ensemble -- 7 p.m. Dec. 5, Jackson Hall, Mondavi Center.

In the Spirit of Christmas -- Vocal students performing music from Handel's Messiah, plus works by Bach, Gounod and others; and Christmas carols. Free. 3-5 p.m. Dec. 7, 115 Music Building.

Early Music Ensemble -- 8 p.m. Dec. 8, St. Martin's Episcopal Church, 640 Hawthorne Lane, Davis.

Tickets for all except the Baroque Ensemble (free) and the Early Music Ensemble are available through the Mondavi Center box office, (530) 754-2787 or (866) 754-2787, or . No admission charge for the Early Music Ensemble; however, donations suggested at the door: $12 for adults, and $6 for students and children.
