One of the fellows, Manuel M. Bugueno of Chile, is not going very far. In fact, he鈥檚 staying at 嘿嘿视频 for his fellowship: 10 months of nondegree graduate study and professional experiences.

President Carter established the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in 1978, in honor of the late senator and vice president, a longtime advocate of international cooperation and understanding.

The State Department runs the program, which accepts fellows from designated countries in Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Caribbean and Middle East.

The Humphrey Fellowship Program has 17 designated fields of study.
