Whether it's your first day at ٺƵ or your final year, Fall Welcome gives students new and old a chance to celebrate new beginnings with fellow Aggies and the rest of the university community.
This year, ٺƵ is combining its Fall Convocation and the New Student Celebration from years past and packaging the whole event as the new Fall Welcome.
From Move-In Weekend and the , to the (formerly known as "The BUZZ"), Fall Welcome Week is filled with important activities and sessions for new and returning students.
First-year students will have the chance to make themselves at home, with the help of Chancellor Gary S. May and other campus leaders on hand to lift boxes throughout the weekend.

Movie Night
The Fall Welcome Week is a lot to take in all at once, especially if you're a first-year student. Why not unwind with your fellow Aggies, dim the lights, pass the popcorn and settle in to watch a movie on the big screen?
What's playing? This year, it's Disney/Pixar's latest blockbuster, Incredibles 2 is scheduled to play.

Be a Hero
That is the theme of the chancellor’s Fall Welcome. Chancellor May, himself a fan of comic book heroes, sees the parallel those larger-than-life characters have with people in their communities everywhere, making a difference in their own special way. “Every day, try to learn something, try to help someone and try to make the world better.” The chancellor's speech will address how he sees that in all of us — in our studies, in our work, in our research and in our passion.
Free T-shirts and refreshments will be provided to all attendees.

New Student Resource Fair
All new students are invited to participate in the 2018 New Student Resource Fair, sponsored by Student Housing and Dining Services. The Fair provides an opportunity for incoming students to learn about the resources available from a wide variety of campus departments.

ASUCD Sunset Fest
Formerly known as The BUZZ, the marks the official end of the Fall Welcome Week. The free concert welcomes all new and returning ٺƵ students to our bustling campus.
Get ready for a killer student showcase with live music, dance performances and a hot ticket headliner to close out Welcome Week. Students will also get a chance to grab freebies and learn more about ASUCD units tabling at the event.
