The conference takes place at the ٺƵ Conference Center, Monday-Tuesday (April 11-12) and is closed to the public. Attendees include police officers, district attorneys and victim advocates. Media welcome to observe any time of the day with proper credentials.

- Shawn Knittel, Seattle LGBTQ Advisory Council to the Seattle Police Department
- Ani Zonneveld, founder and president, Muslims for Progressive Values
- Sandeep Kaur, office manager, Ensaaf, a nonprofit organization working to end impunity and achieve justice for mass state crimes in India, with a focus on Punjab
- John D. Johnson, Los Angeles, serving the needs of African American communities
- Angelo Williams, legislative director, Strategic Policy, Media and Communications Division, California Student Aid Commission
- Suguet Lopez, executive director, Organizacion en California de Lideres Campesinas, serving the needs of farmworking women
This two-day conference kicks off National Crime Victims Rights Week and is unlike any other conference. ٺƵ police in partnership with the California Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board encourage media attendance to share the good works of many as we strive to reach underserved victims of crime while educating conference attendees about the needs of the victims' communities.
