From learning how to ride horses to developing arts and crafts skills, students can enjoy a wide variety of programs to keep fit, have fun and broaden their horizons.
Activities include those in , , , , the , the , the MU Games Area and the . And there are more opportunities in such pursuits as cycling, yoga, hiking, personal training, kayaking and woodworking.
For those seeking the thrill of competition, the program fields 36 teams in everything from ice hockey to Ultimate Frisbee, softball, rugby, badminton, boxing, soccer and Taekwondo, among others. Two club teams — women’s lacrosse and women’s water polo — won national championships in May.
All enrolled students can use the at no additional cost. Operated by Campus Recreation and Unions and one of the region’s premier facilities of its kind, the ARC features , , dance, group cycling, table tennis, racquetball, martial arts, cardio machines, study lounges, meeting places for student clubs, and technologically advanced conference facilities.
