Spring Quarter Snapshot: Counseling Services Just a Call Away

Help is still available for students who need it: Even though the 嘿嘿视频 community is living and learning remotely, counseling and other mental health support is available by phone, video conferencing and more.

鈥淚f they need us, we鈥檙e here,鈥 says Margaret Walter, executive director of Student Health and Wellness. 鈥淲hile students are away from campus, they still have access to care. Give us a call.鈥

Student Health and Counseling Services has published . Walter said some of those tips and certainly the resources are helpful whether students are having difficulty living and studying remotely or dealing with other life issues.

Students can talk by phone or video conference with 嘿嘿视频 counselors. Appointments can be arranged through or by calling at 530-752-0871 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Then, students will receive instructions on how to download the platform, or TAO, and sign in to connect with their counselor for the appointment.

The platform also offers a library of self-help videos and interactive resources on various topics. Aggies need to use their @ucdavis.edu email to access them.
