A member of the campus community suggested the rainbow-light display, and the Mondavi Center's technical crew made it happen. The Sanders campaign is paying for all arrangements.</p> <p>Officials said the field along La Rue Road will be fenced off, with entry gates and security screening set up at the northwest corner.
