But why, and how? The National Institutes of Health today (Dec. 13) <a href="https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/nih-awards-aim-understand-molecular-changes-during-physical-activity">announced</a> a six-year, $170 million nationwide project to dig deep into the molecular changes that come from physical activity, and how they influence health.
