UCPath Due to Be Offline, May 22-27

Updated 5:30 p.m. May 15: Originally announced as lasting five days, 10 hours, this UCPath outage is now listed as ending almost a day earlier, at noon Wednesday, May 27. Accordingly, this article and headline have been revised.

UCPath is scheduled to be offline again to allow for bringing UC San Diego and UC San Francisco into the university’s new payroll and personnel system. According to a revised schedule, the outage will run from 10 p.m. Friday, May 22, to noon Wednesday, May 27.

UCPath Outages Begin April 29, May 22

UCPath will be offline for two stretches of more than five days each, starting April 29 and May 22, to allow for bringing UC San Diego and UC San Francisco into the new payroll and personnel system.

W-2 Forms: Check Your Delivery Preference

UCPath is encouraging all employees to log in to the new payroll and personnel system to ensure they will receive their W-2 forms the way they want them delivered — electronically or by mail.

Changes must be made by Saturday, Jan. 18, or they will be too late for the distribution of the 2019 forms. See below for information on how to check your delivery preference.

Verifying Your Employment and Income

�ٺ��Ƶ has a new system for providing verification of employment and income, something people often need when applying for loans or leases.

Employees (excluding student workers) formerly used At Your Service Online for employment and income verification. Now, with UCPath having come online Sept. 27 as the university’s new payroll and personnel system, AYSO is no longer available for such verifications.

UCPath: Counting Down to Friday’s ‘Go-Live’

At long last, UCPath is coming to �ٺ��Ƶ, �ٺ��Ƶ Health and the Davis-based UC Agriculture and Natural Resources — this Friday (Sept. 27).

It’s a brand-new, systemwide payroll and personnel system, and you’ll have some set-up tasks to complete the first time you log in. Remember, you must be enrolled in Duo multifactor authentication to have access to UCPath. Once you get through Duo and into UCPath, here’s what you'll be asked to do:
