HR Launches Weekly Benefits Help Desks

First it was Retirement Help Desks (which are being held remotely about every other week or so through June 28). Now �ٺ��Ƶ Human Resources has introduced Benefits Help Desks, also online, with analysts available to answer questions, and, if requested, meet individually with employees in a breakout room.

Email From WEX? No Data Breach Involved

Beginning Wednesday (Sept. 8), a number of UC employees received emails from WEX Health (the administrator for UC’s flexible spending account, COBRA and adoption assistance plans) about a change in information in their online WEX accounts. These changes were made in error, and all account information is being corrected.

New Family-Friendly Benefits Begin July 1

UC next year will enact a new paid family leave benefit for faculty and staff, providing eight weeks off at 70 percent of wages to care for seriously ill family members or to bond with new children.
