It’s just another winter day at �ٺ��Ƶ, with masks required indoors even as the state lifts its mandate today (Feb. 15), with exceptions. Yolo and Sacramento counties are following suit.

Winter Quarter Proceeds With Caution

Week 2 of winter quarter began Monday (Jan. 10) with �ٺ��Ƶ allowing some in-person instruction through Jan. 28 while taking other steps to help slow the spread of COVID-19, like increased testing for students and working with Yolo County Public Health to hold a booster shot clinic next week. The campus remains open, though many employees are working from home.

The Center for Educational Effectiveness has posted its draft report on teaching and learning in �ٺ��Ƶ’ first quarter of all-remote instruction, spring 2020. Based on surveys of students and instructors, the report offers insights for instructors who will be doing more remote instruction this fall.
